1. Payments and Order Processing
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment partner Paddle.com, acting as the merchant of record. This means your payment, invoice, and any refund are handled securely by Paddle on our behalf. Your card statement may show a charge from Paddle. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for details.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page using the "Manage billing" option. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No cancellation fees apply.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
4. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge. Provided the service has not been materially used since the renewal, we will refund the charge in full.
5. Plan Changes
When you switch between monthly and yearly billing, charges are prorated automatically: unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same period. Prorated plan changes are not separately refundable, since credit is already applied.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@roofpitchestimator.com from the email address on your account, and include the approximate purchase date. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom.
